I love these! I got them about 4 years ago from Temu when they were $0.48. I bought about 8. I keep them in my cars, at work, at home. They snap close very securely, nothing has ever fallen out or gotten lost. Love them so much! Mine actually came with miniature labels of Tylenol, Motrin, Sudafed, etc.
