I would highly recommend not using this. I used a Dentek tool for years to clean at home and I LOVED it. I called it my “tooth picker.” I used it everyday, and it left my teeth feeling super clean. One day I was trying to scrape some tartar off the back of the front of my teeth, and the tool took off a big chunk of my enamel. Once your enamel is gone, it’s gone. I so regret using this tool. If I could go back in time, I would never have used it. I would leave the task of tooth scraping with metal instruments up to the professionals.
