I’m very happy with these vitamins. I’m a hairdresser and have recommended these to my clients who also have hair loss. I’ve tried biotin and it didn’t work. My hair has grown back, and I’m not fatigued anymore as well. It would be 2pm and I would knock out with low energy. Most of us are deficient in vitamin D. This two vitamin combination is vital for the hair to grow back. It took 3 months and I’m very happy.

This is a delicious way for me to get vitamin D3 in higher doses. I have MS and as is typical for people with MS, I am chronically low on this vitamin. My neurologist stresses my need to take larger doses of this vitamin. Lol, this has been going on for about 20 years, ever since I was so low on this vitamin that I had to take a prescription of mega doses of vitamin D3. Since then, I have been taking over-the-counter pills. I sure get tired of all the pills I have to take daily. These gummies sure do taste good when I take them twice a day. At these doses, I just have to eat a gummy twice a day. So much better than all the pills.

Very easy to chew. I was very happy with the peach flavor as well, as it tasted great. Gummies always go down better for me so when I can get my vitamins in that form I am very happy. Recommend taking with food. No aftertaste and no irritation after ingesting. I would recommend.
