This is a great little robotic vacuum. It is actually our second Deebot (we use the original upstairs and this new one downstairs). The interface with the app is perfect and allows you to monitor progress and find it if it gets “lost“. Cleaning power is great and highly effective as evidenced by all of the debris in the suction canister. The canister is very easy to clean, including the filters. We have two dogs, both of which are collies, so this works great on dog hair. Highly recommend.
I’ve had my vacuum for one month now and I’m so in love! I have 4 pets which equals lots of pet hair and random messes. I did choose this one because it’s supposed to be better for hard floors and it certainly is! It has 2 different attachments, one for hard floors and a brush attachment for carpets. The brush does do a great job on the carpets but I don’t use it as often. When I wake up in the morning my floors are already clean, such a great feeling!! Also, the side brushes are great at getting near the baseboards. My house as a whole is much cleaner, with less dust, and hair flying everywhere. And last but not least, the MOP was the other reason I chose this vacuum. I was skeptical of how efficient it would be but was very pleasantly surprised!

I have real hardwood flooring and wanted a new vacuum with the mop function. I have had the most well known brand for years( I don’t know if I can mention the brand here- the I) and wanted to try the mop function, but nit spend a lot. I purchased this brand and it did not last 3 months.
I tried contacting the company and never heard back from them. My house is only adults with no pets so it wasn’t hard work. I was very disappointed.
