My daughter loves Educational Insights Playfoam! We first bought some for her when she was 3 and she still plays with them and she’s now 6. You can squish it, shape it or just roll it around in your hands – the options are endless! Plus, I love the fact that it doesn’t dry out and get gross.

I really enjoy this playfoam, as it’s made from natural ingredients and is biodegradable. It’s also really fun to squish, squeeze, stretch and bounce! It feels a lot like the playground turf that’s made from rubber tires. And it’s the cleanest play foam, putty, slime, dough, etc that we’ve ever used, so I’m thrilled about that.

And the ads are true: it really doesn’t dry out. And you can teach youngsters the letters of the alphabet and basic numbers in a fun way. It’s perfect for kinesthetic learners (which most children of that age are). I’d categorize it as a STEAM or Montessori toy.

This is a wonderful playfoam set. The colors are vibrant, the playfoam is easy to mold, and there is no strong smell. I’m also glad it doesn’t stick to my couch, rug, or any cloth surfaces. My kids both had fun experimenting with the foam and going beyond shaping them in the form of the provided cards. Great sensory toy and for fine motor practice. Will make a great gift for any kid! One thing, just accept that the foam colors will be mixed haha!
