I’ve had my kettle for almost a year now and have gotten quite a lot of use out of it. It’s great that you can fill it the night before and then set it to go off at a certain time in the morning. You can also remotely start it too. The manual buttons allow you to pick from classic presets and to hold the temperature if desired. You can also set it down to 104 in the app which was helpful when needing to make a bottle for a friend’s baby. Recently the kettle base continued to warm even if the kettle was off. I contacted Govee’s customer service and they sent me a new one right away. This was the most expensive kettle I’ve ever purchased, so it was wonderful that they stand behind their products if something goes wrong. Either way, I’d continue to purchase this product over and over again.
