I did spot this in the FAQ on shipping and arrival times, if that’s helpful for when you signed up – “Your first issue of your subscription should arrive in 10-12 weeks from the time you completed your survey, provided you are qualified by the publisher. Please keep in mind that delivery time may vary from publisher to publisher.” 💓

So sorry for the confusion with your question before. That box is for the contact information sent to the publisher so the magazine subscription arrives to the correct location and person, which would be you. ❤️
