It’s great. Awesome for back pain, and neck pain, and can use it for other aches as well. Hot enough, but might have wanted it just a bit hotter, but certainly does the trick. So easy to lay down and use it while I watch some tv before going to sleep. Much better than the things you have to keep heating in the microwave.
