I bought several of these at Sam’s Club when they were available. They have also been available at Kroger. Absolutely delicious and easy to make. Just add butter and egg. Mist the little aluminum pans with baking spray so you know the cake will pop out – concentrate on the sides, but get the bottom too. Too much spray will make the top discolor (hide it with a scoop of ice cream!). I loosen the edges with a small scraper, then quickly flip upside down into a bowl. Get a restaurant quality dessert for less than $2 per serving.
