This was so easy to set up. No fussing with things like programming and such. Go online and download the Home app. Plug the router into a wall outlet, count to 10 then connect the cable, included, to the router and your provider’s router. Follow the instructions. Take the point down the hall or whatever, plug in and you’re good to go. I went from 2 bars and lots of spooling during busy hours to solid all bars up. I was so impressed.
This thing saved my smart home! When I moved into a new apartment with a portal sign-in system required, I had a lot of difficulty getting my smart home devices to work. This thing hooks up with a single Ethernet cable (included in the box) directly into the wall and created my own little wifi network. No more portals are required! Love this thing. I got it on sale, but knowing what I know now, I’d buy it again at full price.
My old router was having to be rebooted several times daily. I now have no issues, super fast downloads, & was very easy to set up. Highly recommend.
