Wow, I am impressed! If you ever thought salt was just salt you are missing out! I was looking for a less sodium alternative and after many reviews and research, I settled for the Evolution brand. I was concerned about the grainy taste of sand and it not dissolving as I needed it to.

I did the water test and taste test and Evolution passed. There was hardly any residue at the bottom. The taste is amazing! I put it in an empty red pepper container and the holes in it were perfect.
