It’s Green Monday, But Where Are All The Deals?!

Green Monday sales can be hard to find, but there are lots of other offers to help you finish your Christmas shopping today!

If you enjoy the thrill of procrastinating or missed out on the Cyber Monday and Black Friday deals we posted, Green Monday has historically been another opportunity to check off all the last-minute items on your list!

Today, December 8th, is Green Monday, but…where are all the Green Monday deals?

First up – what IS Green Monday?

The idea of Green Monday came about in 2007 after eBay noticed that it was their biggest sales day of the year. Over the past few years, Green Monday has emerged as the third-largest shopping day of the year, behind Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Green Monday is usually two weeks after Cyber Monday on the calendar, giving many shoppers a chance to finish up their online shopping in time to get their gifts shipped, wrapped, and under the tree in time for Christmas.

So, where are the Green Monday deals for this year?

While there are lots of other deals going on today, we’ve been pretty underwhelmed by the dedicated Green Monday 2025 sales so far. Most retailers seem to be running regular sales or extending their Cyber Week deals, rather than offering exclusive, significant discounts just for today.

Best Buy is holding an Apple Sales Event through December 11th and continuing their 25 Deals of the Day with a new 24-hour deal each day.

JCPenney is offering up to 60% off sitewide through December 10th, plus you can score 40% off select jewelry, an extra 30% off select bedding, bath, rugs, and curtains, and 25% off select apparel, shoes, and accessories with promo code HOLLY25 at checkout.

Macy’s Friends and Family sale offers 30% off select regular and sale prices sitewide, and 15% off beauty with promo code FRIEND at checkout!
