Where has the Hamilton Beach Hand Blender been all my life!? It was a literal game-changer this holiday season. I prepped dinner and desserts…make smoothies and shakes…whisked up eggs for breakfast….I’m using it all the time! It’s very easy to use and cleans up quickly and easily. Easy to hold and operate. It’s very versatile! I just wish I had one sooner!
I’ve had this for about 2 years and use it multiple times monthly. The immersion blender is powerful and is great for sauces and creamed soups. Have a cream of tomato soup recipe that always had little chunks of tomato and onion in it even after being pureed in a regular blender. This immersion blender takes care of that in rapid time. Creamiest soup I’ve ever made.
The chopper is also very powerful. You can’t get a whole lot in it but it’s great for smaller jobs. Love the blender cup for smoothies and smoothie bowls, protein drinks, and whipping up cream for a big glass of iced coffee. Best purchase I’ve made in quite some time.
