As a fan of their Happy Valley coffee, especially the “Supreme Blend” it was an obvious choice to get their sea salt a try. The grind is more to my liking and less expensive than what I was getting at the health store or supermarkets so what’s not to like? The fine grind helps it dissolve quick which helps draw the water out of vegetables when fermenting as in sauerkraut. Just like their coffee, this is my new go-to salt.
I wanted to buy this because I heard that sea salt can be good for your skin when diluted with water and sprayed on your face. I was skeptical but it definitely exceeded my expectations. I’m really happy that the product is so cheap but still good quality.
