When quarantine during 2020 means you need activities, this was PERFECT. Sent to my 7-year-old granddaughter in the UK, she was thrilled as they don’t have Highlights there, it’s a favorite! Endless activities for many ages.
It’s a thick book with lots of great ideas. This is a well-compiled book of easy-to-follow boredom busters and inspiration. I especially like the chapter “Do Great Things” that focuses on kind acts. I challenged my 11-year-old son to try at least 10 ideas. He’s already attempted whistling per the instructions and he built the “Summer Hideout.” I can’t wait to see what else he will try.
