This was exactly what I needed for my living room which was turning into a toy dumping ground. Before I bought this, we had random toys in disorganized crates and when my 3yr old went to play, he’d dump the crates everywhere to find whatever toy he was looking for. With this organizer/storage bin, all of his toys are separated into categories which have their own bin (ie: large action figures, small action figures, dinos, sea creatures, Hotwheels cars, pretend doctor kit, play cooking set, toy register, and misc toys). My kid appreciates the organization since he’s able to find whatever he needs right away and he even enjoys returning the toys where they belong. I have also found that I use this organizer to deter me from buying more toys (aka more junk). If there’s no more space in the bins, then I won’t buy any new toys. It forces me to get rid of old toys before buying any new toys.

You’re welcome, Jill! Thanks for sharing! GREAT tip!
We have this. It was a gift. I’ll be honest with 3 small kids I hate it. Looks junky and sometimes hard to get the bins back in the right place. My kids like to take the bins around the house which makes a bigger mess. Just a heads up.
Thanks so much for your honest feedback! Good to know what you’ve thought of it!
