These biotin jelly bean gummies are my new favorite! I’ve tried many brands of biotin gummies in the past and this one by far has the best taste and texture. They have a gummy center and a hard coating covering. The flavor is a strawberry blast, and it is a sweet strawberry taste that I really enjoy it. It’s a tasty treat that I look forward to having each day.
The serving size is 4 jelly beans a day, which gives you 10,000 mcg of biotin. I always get a rash when I do more than 5,000 mcg a day (no matter the brand), so I only take two. However, if you take the recommended amount this bottle is a month one supply, which I think is a very affordable price for a one-month supply.
