This printer was easy to set up and use. I was able to print labels after about 10 minutes once I installed the driver. There’s nothing complicated about the printer. This little printer is so handy, and using it via Bluetooth with the app downloaded to my iPhone was a breeze! It worked right away with minimal setup/ instruction necessary. I have this and it’s not compatible unless you haven’t updated your Mac in years. I got it for eBay sales and it’s basically useless. I use the iPhone app sometimes, but have to restart it after each print or it just prints the same label over and over again. 100% waste of money.
