The hardest thing about setting up was clearing the grass to prepare the ground. After that, it was blown up within a couple of minutes and filled with water in an hour. It took about a day and a half to get the water from 56 to 104 degrees. Since then I’ve had it going 24/7 and it stays at 104. With my use— just me— I’ve found the filter needs cleaning only once a week. Two one-inch bromine tablets also last a week. Once so far I had to adjust the ph. But really, so easy to maintain. At first, I used it twice a day, morning and evening. I got off track during a rainy spree, and now use it once a day or every other day. Bring my Bluetooth speaker and sit for 15- 20 minutes. Mostly have the jets off and just soak and float. Just use the jets for a few minutes, and feel like I’m bouncing around in a boiling stew. In a good way :)). I love this thing! I can’t believe I have a hot tub! So affordable and easy, and beautiful to boot. Coffee in the morning, overlooking the gardens, watching the birds, looking up at the clouds… almost euphoric…. Melts away my morning stiffness for a great start to the day. Evenings watching the stars melts away the stresses of the day, making for a good night’s sleep. If you’ve always wanted a hot tub, but couldn’t afford it, this is a dream come true.
This is my 3rd spa and I have to say this is so much better constructed than other brands. Very sturdy parts and easy to assemble. The filter has an enclosed housing around it, no more worrying about someone kicking it and breaking something. Previous brands broke in a year. I have had this for 5 months and is in great shape so far. The floating cover is nice and helps keep water hot even without the heater running.
I was kind of skeptical at first, they had this hot tub on sale as a daily deal, and some of my friends were also skeptical. Once I got it unpacked and read through the directions, it went together really easily, add water, and within a day the water was up to 104°. And other than dropping a couple of degrees when you open it up it pretty much stays at a decent temperature. Doesn’t leak is well-built and really easy. I am very happy with this purchase, for a 10th of the price of a full-size, hard shell one. The bubble ring was a great addition to this thing and gives me just about all the spa treatment that I need. I would encourage anyone who doesn’t want to spend three to $10,000 on a hot tub to try one of these first, mine is a 2 to 4-person one and for me and my girlfriend, it’s perfect. If you’ve got a family of three or more, I would recommend getting the one that is a little bit bigger.
