“My grandson wanted a pirate ship for his 6th birthday so this is what I bought! I gifted a week early, and it’s been chilly here so he pumped it up (Ryobi battery pump and bike pump worked great) and set sail in the family room! Hours of play! Pretty soon pillows and a quilt were on deck! Books were being read inside the ship! A few days passed, the weather warmed, and the ship was taken ‘out to sea.’ Waterworks and fun had by all! So far so good with 5 rough and tumble boys! The ship has no leaks and has set sail many times! A great addition to his birthday gifts!

Update: it’s been two-ish weeks since gifted. The ship has set sail many times with the water cannon blasting! It dries nicely with a few towels and is sun-dried to bring a spring upon her for the chilly week ahead. The ship is still standing after all the attacks by the sea scoundrels! Arrrrrrrrr! “This was really fun to set up for my one-year-old’s birthday! Since he was a COVID baby, I am trying to get him acclimated to being outdoors and the water. At first, he was like “Ok? And? Get me out.” After the second try and some little sea creatures added he loves it. It’s actually big enough for one adult and a small kid. We will chill outside on our pirate ship until he has had enough. The little cannon up front has a great sprinkler as well. It stays blown up for about 3 days until you start to really see it kind of deflate.”
