JCPenney is worse then Kohl’s. I wanted to order my mom new pajamas, not available in store, like 8.95 to ship OR 3.95 for ship to store, free shipping is crazy you need to spend like 85.00. Anyone know if I’m missing a better way? Sadly I can’t find the style it’s penny exclusive 😞
