This rolling pin definitely brought my cookie game up a notch. It is so easy to make sure all of my dough is rolled to the same height – hello, consistency! The rolling pin is very easy to use and clean. I can’t imagine trying to measure my dough with a ruler, or just eyeballing it. I was actually a little distraught when I went to a friend’s house and had to use a normal rolling pin, because I just love this one so much!
I really can’t say enough about this rolling pin! I personally hate working with dough of all kinds and have always struggled to roll out anything I make to an even thickness.
