This was an instant hit the moment we took the walkie talkies out of the box. Right away, I was instantly impressed by the compact design, which is very comfortable for small hands to hold. The buttons are very tactile and intuitive for younger kids and setup took less than a minute.
In terms of performance, the range is very good throughout a 2700 sq. ft. house and around the backyard. The video feature is what really sets the walkie talkie apart from others, it’s like a mini video chat for the kids and adds such a fun component to hide-and-seek play!
The battery life holds up well after hours of use, and I appreciate that I can just plug it in to recharge versus having to swap out batteries.
