This machine makes a beautiful espresso, and does an exceptional job at foaming and steaming milk. I do have a little bit of knowledge and experience making espresso. But I think anybody will get good results with this machine. So easy to use. It is important to keep it clean, just like any item for this type of use.
We’ve been using this for six months and can say it makes great espresso. I do a double shot (or two) every morning; my husband prefers singles. Easy to froth milk. Also easy to clean. We purchased a descaler per manufacturer guidance and have had to descale twice. We joke that we both don’t mind getting up in the morning because we can have great coffee! Highly recommend!
