I just came here to say I love this hair dryer! I’m sorry it hasn’t worked out for you, Alysa. I bought mine four years ago after I had rotator cuff surgery and needed a lightweight hair dryer, without the high price of a Dyson. It’s still going strong today, although it looks a little worse for the wear now. I know with some companies it’s hit and miss with stuff. Hope you did find one you like now.
