Unsure? Check out these reviews…

I was thrilled when my son asked for some Christmas sets that we could build and take down each year for the holidays. This set didn’t disappoint; it was a lot of fun, and it looks great!

I saw this set and decided to get it immediately – I was not disappointed. It was quite a heavy box (given its size), and it was full of useful green plates plus decorations. The bags are not numbered, which means when you start the build, you have a large number of similar-looking parts in several piles. The build itself is quite repetitive, but the way each layer of the tree stacks on top of the base is quite ingenious. I found the main tree started very slowly at the base, but it accelerated up to the top with a build time of just under 2 hours.

It is a very attractive display piece, and I think it is worth the money as a long-term decoration coming back out every December for display. The only drawback was the lack of numbered bags. Another positive of note was a large number of spares left after doing the main build, presumably needed to make the second of the 2-in-1 option. I went and bought a second copy since it looked so good!

We’ll help you make that list and check it twice…
