These are great. A good amount of protein and fiber, along with a few miscellaneous vitamins. The taste isn’t like a normal cookie but it’s still very good for what it is, and the price isn’t bad either. Very filling, if you’re on a diet but you don’t want to give up enjoying food, this would be great by itself for a meal replacement. As for me, it’s an easy way to get some protein without chugging a foul shake. I have these subscribed, and love them.
