If you have little ones, I would suggest you store these out of sight of them, they are that good. I can see where anyone would want to have a sweet treat of one of these, LOL yes, they are that good. A serving is 3 gummies, just be aware that they are not sugar-free nor are they carb-free, but as far as getting hesitant vitamin takers on board, these vitamin C’s will work! I would recommend it.
