Is it “no purchase necessary” ? I can’t find anything on this on the site. Trying to explain to my dad what to do when he gets to Lowe’s. And it starts at 10am. Even if the store opens earlier?

I have my account up on my phone but I don’t go to my membership because it only lets them scan my membership for 2 min. so I wait until the staff member is speaking to me. All the freebies I have attended are 1 per member. The location of the event in the store depends on the theme and the store.
