Honey is a sweetener. For anyone who doesn’t know about the different varieties, Raw honey will crystallize because it’s RAW. When the honey crystallizes, it’s because it’s reverting to the original form, which tells you it is pure and is not like processed supermarket honey. This honey has a superior taste. Try it and you will never go back to inferior honey.
Most honey makes me feel slightly ill after I eat it because I don’t do well with sugar (even kiwi fruit or honeydew melon or some really sweet fruit). Not this. I don’t know why. Maybe because it’s creamed and there’s air in it so I’m not getting as much honey in a spoonful? I don’t know. But it is DElicious too. I put it in plain greek yogurt and it’s like dessert.
