We got these for my son who seems to throw up every car ride. Since he had these, he has done much better. He still occassionally feels sick, but throwing up is greatly reduced.

One of my adult daughters gets car sick if she’s not driving, and the other one gets car sick if she is reading or looking at her phone. They both say they work really well!
