All the members of our household take ashwagandha regularly. Helps us get better sleep (does not make us tired), and helps with mood, focus, stress, anxiety, and general malaise. Definitely give this product a try if pills are not an option for you. These drops have a unique yet pleasant taste and can be taken directly or mixed into another liquid. This stuff works great I noticed after a couple of days of taking it I was sleeping better and feeling like I had more energy in the mornings.
