Oh bummer! I do see that threshold for shipping, however pickup is still free for me if you wanted to try a different browser or switch over to desktop view if using a mobile device. Hoping that might help!

Darn! I’m sorry it doesn’t seem to be working for you. Have you tried copying/pasting the code, in case it may be case-sensitive? Another suggestion would be to try from a different browser. If still having troubles, be sure reach out to customer service. They may be more helpful to see what the troubles are with the code applying to your items/account. 💗
Tried a bunch of times this past week and got the same error as the other people on this site. Reached out to customer service and they did nothing, were useless and basically told me that I could go to the store today to use the promo code. I am extremely annoyed by the attitude and certainly do not need a Nordstrom credit card or to shop the stores. Glad that you had so much success.
I am kind of embarrassed because I have my own Nordy account and I placed one order with this promo. It was canceled for a “processing error”. When I inquired about the order to see if it could be re-ordered, I got an email back saying I had used the promo code excessively and it was one per member account, household, per day something like that. I emailed back and said I had my own individual account but a family member also with their own account had used a promo code (1 time) and if I was in error over the terms I apologized. I am embarrassed because it felt like they were saying I had used the promo lots of times and was doing something I shouldn’t have. I told them if I wasn’t suppose to have a separate account they could cancel my account and I would use my family members. (it does seem like there is a conflict when we access our fashion advisor accounts using our phone). I have had no response. Any thoughts. We have both loved having our own accounts and shopping all their sales. I wish this had not happened.
