This is a good price on a good product. I use Spirulina on a regular basis and love the health benefits. It has lowered my cholesterol and blood pressure in a year’s time. I also believe that it gives me overall general well-being. My skin, hair, and nails look better, and the B vitamins Spirulina contains help with my stress at work. It is also a good cancer fighter. I recommend it for everyone, including children. If you don’t eat enough veggies (and who does?), then you should take Spirulina! Even my horses get a powder form of spirulina.
I have taken Spirulina for years and the NOW brand is my go-to. The tablets are a good size. I take at least 3 once a day. Sometimes if I haven’t been eating well or feeling very good I will take 3 in the morning and 3 again at the end of the day. Spirulina makes such a huge difference in how I feel that I truly never let myself run out.
