I bought the multi flavor pack a few months back. The flavors are good. But I found I needed to blend it with ice to enjoy it. It doesn’t seem to mix well with a Shaker bottle. Like it doesn’t dissolve well unless its blended. In my opinion of course.

These are great. My husband was previously using unflavored protein and mixing into foods. I tried these after my protein was a bit low during plasma donation and he liked them too. We’ve been buying them regularly and he no longer buys the unflavored powder. Someone else mentioned that they don’t mix well in a shaker bottle. I find that I have to roll the bottle a bit and then let it sit before shaking again. I tend to shake it vigorously and it mixes pretty well. I also have found that using room temperature water is better than cold for mixing.
