I continue to receive a “Registration Validation Fail” error when attempting to register on the rebate website https://www.olayholidaygiftrebate.com/ . The promotion doesn’t seem to be coming from an Olay or Proctor & Gamble rebate site. I attempted using two different web browsers with no success. Hope that it works for you all.

Has anyone actually received their gift card yet? Just checking because I’m starting to feel like this could be a SCAM.
Registration and rebate submission were easy, and I received my redemption code almost immediately. But I’ve never received the promised email with the gift card. I’ve written Olay customer service 3 times, waiting 24 hours between requests, and their story keeps changing: 1st time = wrong email address; 2nd time = right email but check spam folder; 3rd time: email never processed so they’ll send gift card immediately. But I still haven’t gotten anything.
UPDATE: I actually got the gift card this morning! Can’t believe it!

Same thing happened to me. Submitted receipt…was approved almost immediately. I redeemed and nothing happened. I have emailed and received a blanket response to check SPAM. Obviously did not read my email to them, that I have checked my entire email account. Emailed again and am waiting to hear back. Frustrating!

Hey there! It seems that you might be able to do that! I found this information for the receipts on the rebate site – “Snap a photo of your receipt showing your qualifying purchase(s). Hi Judy! I was able to locate the cleanser on the list of included products. It’s listed as “foaming face wash” if that helps.
I meant it’s not giving me the $10 gc when I added the exact cleanser and moisturizer. Cart keeps telling me to add $5.49 more to qualify for the $10 gc. So I changed the moisturizer to 2 quantity and it qualified. The target cleanser scenario isn’t working for me with the buy 40 get 10 promo. Item doesn’t qualify for promo

I submitted my rebate on 9/11 on my purchase from Sam’s club. Got the redemption code on the same day but didn’t receive the egift card until 9/17. It was sent to my spam folder. I also contacted the helpdesk support and called the customer service several times, not sure if it helps..but I’m happy that I finally get the gift card they promised. Lucky I took a screenshot when I opened the gift card, bsc I couldn’t open the page again after I close the email…too many clinch in their systems.

This was happening to me as well. I was able to (finally) get it to work by opening a new incognito window and entering my info. I’m using Chrome on a desktop. Hopefully, you can get it to work!

I called the one 800 number a month ago and they said some of my contact me and no one ever has. I called him again this morning and asked for help and he said that he would escalate it to Supervisor. He said that we have till January 31 to actually submit receipts. It’s working this morning!!! I purchased the products online for in-store pickup. So hit print on my receipt in my email but saved it as a PDF and submitted it. Says they will respond within 2 days. 🙂

I purchased $40 of Olay products at Target and received the $10 gift card. I submitted the “invoice” I found in my Target.com account but my submission was rejected. I checked the eligible items list and the products I purchased were indeed listed. Anyone else have a similar issue?
I had the same issue Genoa! The receipt got rejected after a week. This rebate is a hit and miss and registration was a very big hassle too. Not worth the time!

After emailing them politely, Olay customer service responded within 48 hours and accepted the receipt from Target.com! They said their system had a glitch and they were able to approve the receipt. Received my $25 Uber Eats gift code within minutes! Would highly recommend reaching out to them via email/support form.
