The Bath & Body Works semi-annual sale usually happens every year after Christmas (and in June). This year, the winter sale is expected to kick off on December 26th!

9. Take advantage of their amazing refund policy if you’re unhappy with your purchase.
Bath & Body Works offers a very generous return policy. If for any reason at all you are unhappy with a purchase, you can return any item at any time. Note that Croc purchases can only be returned online.
Returns with a receipt: An exchange or credit will be issued for the purchase price on the original receipt (excluding shipping & handling charges). Ninety days or less from the original purchase date, credit card and PayPal purchases will be credited back to the original form of payment; thereafter, a merchandise credit will be issued.
Returns without a receipt: Your return will be subject to the return policy posted at the time of your return. Bath & Body Works will accept up to $250 in non-receipted returns within a 90-day period (this does not include defective merchandise). An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued based on the lowest selling price of the item, factoring in all applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase), and coupons that may have applied.

Shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 for orders over $10. Otherwise, shipping is $10.99. Alternatively, you may be able to opt for free store pickup on select items to save on shipping.
