I loved the ring I had. It helped me to care about my sleep pattern. I even had my husband wear it. I wore it to Texas for a family visit. Had my daughters try it. But it was lost. I hope to get another.

Hi, I have the Gen 3 and understand that the new ones are much slimmer. Can anyone speak to the size differences? Can I still order my regular “Oura Size,” or will I need to use the sizing kit? Thanks in advance!

I reached out and was told there was a problem with my ring. When they got back to me, they said it was out of warranty and would give me a coupon for $100 off the purchase of a new ring. Be sure to replace the ring before the warranty expires. I am very disappointed.

I wondered about this. Some companies are really great about replacing things over and over in warranty, but once that time passes, they’re not so helpful. The fact that 3 of the H2S ladies had problems with the battery or charging is not a testament of a well made product to me. That’s too bad – my trainer was extolling the virtues of the Oura ring to me, but this post actually scared me off from getting one.
My thoughts also on the ratio there…

I was thrilled to find out these are 100% covered thru your HSA account. There are also a lot of companies that provide them to their employees for free. Check your employee handbook or ask your HR department. I LOVE my Oura ring. I’ve worn the same one for a couple years now and have never had a problem with it. I charge it every 5 days.
