“We’ve had this tool for more than 4 years now so we’ve had quite a bit of experience with it. Our cattle dog does what we call “blowing his coat” a couple of times a year. When the fur starts to fly, we go outside and brush him and usually remove what looks to be another dog’s worth of hair. It’s easy to use and makes a huge difference in the amount of fur everywhere. He doesn’t seem to mind it for the ten or fifteen minutes we use it.

It definitely fills up the teeth with one or two strokes but cleaning it off just takes a second. It’s the only brush we’ve ever used for him because it has done a good job dealing with the fur-explosion.
