What a really nice cooker this is from a very nice brand! It is lightweight and very versatile. It is cast aluminum with a glass lid. It is really pretty, probably the nicest cooker I have ever owned. I love that it has a nonstick coating to make cooking easier as well as cleaning. It’s also convenient that it is dishwasher safe. It is perfect for casseroles and just about anything because of the size. I absolutely love it and definitely recommend it.

This did not disappoint! I’m in love with the size. 4-quarts is perfect for many dishes. Tonight’s meal I made a homemade spinach alfredo sauce in it. This pan heats evenly and is great for searing, sauteing, frying or just letting a stew ruminate. It is a beautiful piece and a great addition to my collection! I’ve used other pieces from this set for over a year now and can attest to the quality!

This is a light colored pan but they clean up so easily. Only one small pan that gets used daily has a tiny bit of darkened bottom. But other than that, they look new. I’ve never had pots and pans last the way these have. The handles don’t get hot making for easy transfer and they are beautiful as well… Great addition to my collection!
