Check out one cruiser’s stellar review…
Currently nearing the end of our cruise in the Caribbean. Had to state that the new upgraded internet with Hughes satellite was the best we’ve experienced in all our years of cruising. It worked seamlessly and allowed us to do whatever we wanted. Also a tip of the hat to Princess on their use of technology onboard. The medallion system for us, worked beautifully.
We have a window suite which is quite nice, with the exception of our HVAC. We are either freezing or boiling. Engineering came several times to fix it with no success. So if you like a chilly room at night for sleeping, like us, great. But bring a good sweater for the daytime.
Also if you’re in a suite, there are some great perks that we used every day. Reserve dining is great with no wait and the wait staff is very attentive. If you want to have breakfast a bit later, Sabbatinis serves suite guests a bit longer for breakfast.
Without exception, the staff onboard were excellent. You can tell if they’re stressed, unhappy, or not enjoying their work. And I never got the sense that any of this applied. This was our first experience with Princess, and overall we really enjoyed it and would consider them on future cruises. Nice job, guys!
