Just wanted to say thanks for advertising these organic fruit bars. As the parent of a Type 1 Diabetic our child has to be very careful what they eat, and these have proved to be good in two ways. 1) they are portioned big enough to be a suitable snack *not* spike blood glucose levels and 2) when our child is having a low blood glucose level (not a super low but around 70-80) – this bar is just enough carbs to bring glucose levels up and sustain glucose levels to the safer 90-100 range, when combine with a small handful of nuts, glucose levels rise to the standard 120. And being organic- well, that makes this a must for our family, (although we typically purchase it at costco) thanks!
