My order initially went through and then shortly after I also got an email about the order being cancelled with the following text: “We’ve reviewed your account history and noticed returns violations, described in our Terms of Use. For this reason, we had to cancel order 2xxxxxxxxxxxx.” I have never had any sort of return violation. I replied to the email and sent them the link to the giveaway. The email also says any further online orders from my account will be cancelled. I hope it’s able to be sorted out!
