My husband has a strict plant-based diet and we both love these bars so much! They have a great flavor with a crunch from the nuts and lots of chocolate too. I always worried about all of the added sugar and ingredients I could barely pronounce in all of the ingredients in regular protein bars. These bars keep the ingredients simple and sugar low and they taste great too! I eat lunch at my desk and hit the gym during my lunch hour these are a perfect post-workout or afternoon snack.
Just one of these bars keeps me feeling full until dinner time. As for the taste, they are certainly not as sweet as other bars but they do taste really good. I only buy the chocolate and peanut butter varieties though. With 6g of fiber, 12g of protein, and only 210 calories I can’t really find anything bad about these bars.
