Don’t let the size of these bars fool you. After eating one bar my cravings were gone and my hunger was satisfied. The best part is you’re not overeating and it’s all healthy and nutritious. These bars are awesome. I am steadily losing weight since adding this to my diet.
I’ve been looking for a clean protein bar and I found these. I absolutely love them and all the flavors. Very chewy but I’ve been told they are super yummy if you put them in the microwave for a few seconds if the texture isn’t what you like. Clean ingredients and I eat these every morning, at work, after my morning workout. 😄
I always have one or two in my purse. They taste great and are (mostly) mess-free. The chocolate sea salt one gets a little messy if the chocolate bits melt, but not a deal breaker. Great for a hike or if you need a snack. I wouldn’t plan to replace a meal with these, though.

So, the Amazon listing is a little confusing. If you scroll just a bit on Amazon, you’ll see that included are two different 12-count boxes. One 12-count is Chocolate Sea Salt and one 12-count is a variety pack. I hope this helps!
