My wife has neck and back pain and this Is one of the only things that really helps her. She’s on a pain management plan and she still looks forward to sitting down and throwing this on more than anything else. I didn’t believe her till I tore a muscle between my neck and shoulder that pain meds didn’t touch. (I’m not talking about ibuprofen either!) She convinced me to put this on after about a week of not sleeping through the night because of the pain. Within 15-20 minutes of putting it on I was out and slept like a baby on Benadryl!
