Hey Jeanette! It does look like a mobile number is required when signing up. Here’s what I found on that – “In order to claim samples, all users are required to verify their account using a valid mobile phone number. Verification codes are send to your mobile phone via SMS text at the time of registration. This is an essential part of our security to authenticate Sampler accounts.” Hope that helps! 💞
I received a Hello Fresh coupon offer, however I had an existing Sampler account, and I don’t know if that made a difference in receiving the Axe sample.
