As someone who sits at a computer for many hours each day, it is so important to have a chair that not only provides great support but is also comfortable. I often have back pain, and this chair has been such a lifesaver! I love that the arms flip up and down so that I can slide the chair under my desk when I’m not using it. There’s even an adjustable lumbar support bar which is great for someone like me who is a little taller so I can create a custom fit to my lower back. It also comes with a headrest that can easily be added to the top of the chair. I opted to remove mine as I prefer the chair without it.
