I love this! I have limited space in my kitchen and I love making pastries. I had purchased a big heavy marble board and it was a huge inconvenience to move it around, storing and cleaning it. This wonderful mat is perfect, easy to clean, to use, to store, it doesn’t move once it’s on place! No matter how many times you have to flatten dough out with a rolling pin.
