Soundcore Anker 3 Waterproof Speaker Just $34.99 on Amazon (Regularly $51)

I was looking for a small, Bluetooth, battery-powered speaker to use for the beach, fire pit parties, and bike riding. I came across the Anker line of various speakers. I’ve always been impressed with their mobile products, so I decided to look into their speakers. I ultimately decided on the Soundcore 3 for its bass and reportedly louder sound.

Whoa was I impressed!

First of all, out of the box, the speaker has a very luxurious feel to it. I was also happy with the size. It’s about 6” long and 2.5” tall and deep. Not very big, lightweight, and easily packable. Setup was the easiest thing ever. I literally just turned it on, selected “Soundcore” from my list of Bluetooth connections, and that was it, connected in less than 10 seconds.

Next I started playing some music from Apple Music. The sound blew me away. Ok, it’s not a surround sound stereo system with perfectly tuned components or anything. But this speaker plays loud, clear music with a range of tones. Again, impressed. With the volume over halfway, it really bumps in the house. I haven’t taken it outside yet, but it’s perfect for inside. When I’m done using it, I just power down the unit. When I want to listen again, I turn it back on and it automatically connects.

I’m very happy with this speaker and I look forward to lots of fun listening to music with it!
