I really wish they would do the cups in a different color…makes it more exciting

  2. Savvy Mom

What holiday beverages are included in this promo?

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Hey there! I found this link on the handcrafted holiday drinks that are available this year. ❀️ If you have any drink modifications, you might call your nearest location to be sure how they’ll honor it. πŸ€—

  3. Sbh15

I believe i’ve gotten these before at the starbucks in Target. Do you know if they will be doing it this year?

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Hey there! On their Facebook post, I spotted this – “Quantities are limited, while supplies last, at participating U.S. & Canada stores” so it may be limited to stand-alone stores only. However, you might try calling to your nearest Target & Starbucks location to find out if they are participating. 🀞 Unfortunately, each location I’ve tried to contact near me wasn’t available. Hoping you might be able to get in touch with someone near you! ❀️

      • sbh

I ended up calling mine this morning, and they are participating!

        • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

YAY! SO happy you were able to get in touch with your store to confirm! πŸ™Œ Thanks for the update and Happy Red Cup Day! πŸŽ‰β€οΈ

  4. Katrina

Can you get the red cup if you go through the drive-thru?

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Great question, Katrina! Yes! Here’s what I found on this from their site – “The red cup giveaway is available however you order, including the Starbucks app and Starbucks delivery on DoorDash or Uber Eats.” Enjoy! ❀️

  5. Shari

Is this for only app peeps or anyone? thanks!

    • Shelly

      Anyone

      • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks for the helpful comment, Shelly! πŸ€—

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Yay! Glad you were able to grab two this morning, Shelly! πŸŽ‰ You’re welcome! πŸ₯°

Two secured by 6:10! I love red cup day!

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

      WOOHOO! πŸŽ‰β˜•οΈβ€οΈ

After his morning run, hubby came home with two πŸ’ƒ. My favourite is the chestnut praline latte with oatmilk, blonde roast, no toppings.

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

YUM! Thanks for sharing your favorite seasonal drink to enjoy, Chris. πŸ€— Such a fun and happy surprise from you husband! πŸ₯°

I got my cups, but not my coffees. They were running more than 30 minutes behind on orders. But the baristas were very kind and working their butts off

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks for sharing an update on your experience this morning at your location. ❀️ Good to know that employees were in great spirits for a busy day like today! πŸ€—

  10. Susan W Capozza

Please tip your baristas today… they are going through it!

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks for sharing this thoughtful reminder, Susan. β˜•οΈπŸ’ž

The link above about the drinks included didn’t seem to list them all. I found this one (choose “see full list of beverages)
https://stories.starbucks.com/red-cup-day/?utm_source=stripe&utm_medium=homepage&utm_campaign=holiday which actually lists them out.
A couple of years ago, I ordered my usual – hot chocolate – and the barista told me that wasn’t included. When I told her that it actually is, she went and opened a cupboard, looked at a list taped to the door, then came back and said, “it is included”… And grudgingly made it for me LOL!
Wish I could go this year, we moved and there are not many Starbuck’s out here in the woods!!! I miss living walking distance of 3 Starbucks in the city! (But not the noise, traffic, etc)

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks for sharing the link you spotted with the included drink options, Tracey. ❀️ Much appreciated!

  12. Jane

My Starbucks inside my Fry’s was participating! I bought 3 drinks – 1 gingerbread oat chai and 2 pumpkin chais and got 3 cups!!

    • Jessica (Hip Sidekick)

WOOHOO! πŸ™Œ Great to hear they were participating and you scored 3 yummy drinks this morning, Jane! πŸ€—

  13. Nan

Refused to sell me a drink without the β€œpump” of holiday flavor. I asked could I just pay for a holiday drink and you just give me a coffe unsweetened and they refused. I bought the gingerbread drink anyways, and spilled it out as soon as I got to work. After quitting sugar two years ago, the sugary drinks just don’t taste good anymore. I got that darn red cup though, but had to go without coffee all day at work because I couldn’t drink the one he forced me to buy

    • Trish (Hip Sidekick)

Bummer! So sorry to hear you weren’t able to order your coffee unsweetened and still receive the cup, Nan! Thanks for sharing how this worked at your location. πŸ€—
